Arpan Shah is a Director on the Microsoft SharePoint Product Management Team. He started with Microsoft in 2001, leading the Content Management Server (CMS) technical product management effort. Over the last eight years, he has been involved with subsequent SharePoint releases including the SharePoint Server 2007 release. Arpan's team currently leads audience and platform product management for SharePoint.

As vice president of Professional Services at Aspect, Manish Chandak is responsible for the profitable growth of Aspect’s Microsoft-focused professional services organization. Manish brings a wealth of knowledge in technology, business and IT systems integration to his role at Aspect.
Prior to joining Aspect, Manish served as President at Quilogy, Inc. where he played a key role in the evolution, vision and growth of the business. In this role, he helped develop Quilogy
into one of Microsoft’s leading North American NSI (National Systems
Integrators) and experts on collaboration technology.
Having been with the company for nearly 15 years, he served in several
leadership roles that also included vice president, various director positions,
senior consultant, project manager and manager of the profit center.

Éamonn McGuinness

Chief Executive Officer
Éamonn McGuinness is the Chief Executive Officer at BrightWork. He is responsible for the strategic direction and continued growth of the company. He has over 25 years of executive experience at various technology organizations including The Armed Services, The United Nations and Digital Equipment Corporation. He received his MSc from Dublin City University, Ireland. Since 1987 Éamonn has been involved in various international process and project management standards and was a TickIT/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a Software CMM (Capability Maturity Model) Lead Assessor.
At BrightWork he has worked with organizations like Microsoft, Boeing, Eastman Kodak and US Army assisting with the introduction of very pragmatic project management practices and project offices.
