Manish
Chandak

As vice president of Professional Services at Aspect, Manish Chandak is responsible for the profitable growth of Aspect’s Microsoft-focused professional services organization. Manish brings a wealth of knowledge in technology, business and IT systems integration to his role at Aspect.
Prior to joining Aspect, Manish served as President at Quilogy, Inc. where he played a key role in the evolution, vision and growth of the business. In this role, he helped develop Quilogy
into one of Microsoft’s leading North American NSI (National Systems
Integrators) and experts on collaboration technology.
Having been with the company for nearly 15 years, he served in several
leadership roles that also included vice president, various director positions,
senior consultant, project manager and manager of the profit center.
Rob Foster

Enterprise Architect
Rob Foster is an Enterprise Architect in Nashville, Tennessee. He began writing code at the age of 10 when he purchased his first computer, a Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer 2 with money that he received for his birthday. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in Computer Information Systems and holds several certifications, including MCSD, MCSE, MCDBA, and MCT.
In 2000 with the PDC bits in hand, Rob founded the Nashville .NET Users Group (http://www.nashdotnet.org), which is a charter member of INETA. He has been writing and designing .NET applications since version 1.0, as well as has been implementing SharePoint solutions since SharePoint 2001.
Dean Furness

Dean Furness is Director of the Aspect's Business Intelligence National Practice. Dean speaks nationally on industry technology trends and at many events in all vertical markets. He has over 15 years experience developing and implementing solutions for all types of organizations, with significant experience in creating leading-edge Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions. Dean is an active member of the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council for Business Intelligence.
Bill Gay

Bill Gay is the UC Services Sales Manager responsible for driving and growing UC Services revenue for Aspect in North America. In addition, Bill is responsible for bringing forward the unique Aspect value to customers and Microsoft. Bill has been at Aspect for over 10 years and previous roles include Managing Solutions Consultant and Senior Solutions Consultant.
He also has over 18 years experience in the Contact Center space which includes working in operational and management positions for major companies including Dell and Bank of America.
Michal Gideoni - Microsoft
Senior Product Manager, SharePoint
Michal Gideoni is a Senior Product Manager on the Microsoft SharePoint Product Management Team. She started with Microsoft in 2001, as part of the SharePoint Engineering team. Over the last nine years, she has been involved with subsequent SharePoint releases including SharePoint Portal Server 2003, SharePoint Server 2007 and SharePoint Server 2010 release. Michal currently leads SharePoint technical readiness and training for SharePoint 2010.
John Gootee - Aspect

John Gootee is a Senior Managing Consultant with Aspect. He is a graduate of Purdue University and has been in the technology industry for over 10 years. John specializes in analysis, design and project management within the healthcare technology industry. He likes to practice yoga and eat pizza for breakfast.


Dan Hugge - Aspect

Dan is a Managing Consultant for Aspect’s Interactive National Practice. Dan specializes in web site strategy and project management and oversees a team of writers, designers, developers, usability experts and multi-media producers to implement web site solutions.
Dan has personally managed the development of more than 75 different web site projects over the last 9 years.
He has worked with a variety of content management solutions and is very familiar with the key concepts and business values associated with content management technologies.


Chris
Keyser

Lead Program Manager - Patterns and Practices
Chris Keyser is a principal program manager in patterns and practices at Microsoft. In this role he works on a team that publishes guidance on proven practices and patterns to help solution architects and developers use SharePoint as well as other technologies effectively. Chris has worked at Microsoft for about six years with previous positions in Office as the Group Program Manager for Duet, and in DPE as the lead architect for the Global ISV team.
Chris spent the decade prior to joining Microsoft working for a series of start-up companies using a variety of technologies in real time and business system development. For the first five years after graduating from Dartmouth College in 1984 Chris raised havoc in the United States Navy as an engineering officer on a nuclear power cruiser, the USS Virginia.


Phil
King

Phil joined Microsoft in October 2005. As a Solution Specialist for enterprise accounts across Tennessee, Phil assists customers in the identification and quantification of the business value and impact of Microsoft Solutions and works with them to link business needs to software capabilities.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Phil spent 6 years as an Executive Consultant with CGI working with clients to define new business strategies leveraging technology including electronic marketplaces, opening new sales channels, and streamlining business processes.
His consulting work earned a ComputerWorld award for innovation in wireless intranet applications, a client patent filing for field service process innovations for a collaborative commerce portal based on wireless mobile devices, and publication of an article on successful-CRM solutions in CIO magazine.
James Lakes - Microsoft

James Lakes is a Microsoft Industry Solutions Strategist driving innovation and sales of healthcare-industry specific technology solutions based on the Microsoft platform for Healthcare Providers. He works directly with the clinical, administrative and technical teams of the largest Healthcare Providers across the Central United States.


Steve Luper - Microsoft
Technical Product Manager
Steve Luper is a Technical Product Manager with Microsoft’s Health Solutions Group. In his current role, Steve evangelizes Microsoft’s Healthcare Products including Amalga UIS, HealthVault and the newly announced HealthVault Community Connect. Steve has been with Microsoft for seven years working with customers and partners around the world to help them realize their full potential.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Steve spent ten years as a consultant and trainer for Microsoft Gold Certified Partners where he built and shared knowledge on Windows Client & Server, virtualization, SharePoint and Exchange.
Judy Nichols - Aspect
Managing Consultant
Judy Nichols has several years healthcare experience, primarily from a physician office perspective. Her clinical experience includes echocardiography, holter, stress testing, pacemaker telemetry, EKG, and phlebotomy. Additionally, she has handled all aspects of practice management such as accounts receivables and payables, physician recruiting, human resources, marketing, system management and training. She helped to create the Toledo Medic Users Group and coordinated the meetings for the group for over a year.
She has also worked with various nonprofit groups and small businesses to develop marketing materials, assess IT needs, and create and implement effective policies and procedures.


Greg Petrites - Aspect
Senior Architect
Greg is a senior architect with over 25 years of experience developing software on a wide variety of technologies from mainframe to minicomputers. His informative years as a developers were spent working for majors corporations in the manufacturing, healthcare and financial services industries. Twelve years ago, he abandoned his COBOL roots for good and has focused on the Windows platform. For the past five years, his major focus has been on SharePoint starting with SharePoint 2003, through the early betas of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and is now a point person for Aspect’s participation in the Microsoft’s Office 2010 Technical Acceptance Program (TAP).
Greg has architected a number of business process automation projects using all the different workflow technologies offered by SharePoint and is responsible for several frameworks application built using SharePoint. Additionally, he is an enterprise search expert, helping companies make the most of the search features of SharePoint.
Bryan Poerio

Bryan Poerio joined SoftwareONE in March, 2008, as Business Development Manager for Tennessee and Kentucky. With more than 15 years of Financial Services and Information Technology experience, Bryan brings a very personal and diversified view to software consulting and partner relationships in the SoftwareONE family.
Bryan’s previous experience includes working as SVP of Technology at GMFS, LLC where he managed vendor relationships, a team of IT staff, and implemented technology solutions for more than 8 years.

Bill Van Hout is the National Healthcare Practice Director for Aspect, where he leads a national team dedicated to providing high value solutions for the healthcare and life sciences community. Bill joined Aspect in 2005 and has over 15 years of IT experience with 10 of those years dedicated to the Healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Aspect, Bill was a healthcare technology specialist who worked closely with executives and IT departments within healthcare organizations to design and architect IT solutions.
Ryan Van Osdol - Avepoint
Enterprise Account Manager, Southeastern U.S.
Ryan works directly with Fortune 500 and other enterprise customers to develop and implement cost-effective SharePoint management, protection, and optimization strategies. Ryan’s experience with SharePoint dates back to the early days of WSS 2.0, when he worked as a technical consultant for product companies dedicated solely to SharePoint solutions.
His knowledge of SharePoint has earned him multiple speaking opportunities within the SharePoint community and at technical tradeshows and events.
Amy Wagner - Aspect
Senior Consultant
Amy Wagner is a RN with more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She served as a staff and charge nurse for more than 10 years before becoming director of outpatient clinics. Ms. Wagner served as a nurse paralegal responsible for review, analysis and interpretation of medical records and provided recommendations for hospital policies.
As of Sept. 2009 she has been employed by Aspect as a Senior Consultant in the Healthcare Group working on Microsoft Healthcare projects, such as Amalga, Surfrider and other HSG-related endeavors.
She is currently working on business development opportunities for healthcare workflow analysis, EMR vendor selection and partnering (project management, workflow analysis and implementation), and disease management offerings.
